When I say it takes a village, it really does. I'm blessed with an awesome team who tells me how to do my job. Of course, there is me. I do the killing, but my team cleans up the mess. You can't have a really good book without a really good editor and proofreader.

What can I say about Isabella? Well, how about...she's so much fun. I can always count on Isabella to make my book covers, do editing, and manage the office for me. She's part of the powerhouse when it comes to dealing with people, making sure I make my appointments, and I get the books signed and sent out. 

She's more than one of my editors. In fact, she's a personal assistant and tech guru!

What can I say about Rachel? She's freaking awesome. Even when I make her read and reread the same book over again, she never complains. (Not to my face.) She has been my sounding board for three years, and she was with me practically from the start. 

TRANSLATION: The ONLY editor I haven't fired. She keeps me on my toes, and like a good British Chippy, she makes me work for it.
